What I do

I help people land government jobs to escape the underpaid private-sector grind — to earn more, build meaningful public service careers, and finally be valued for their work.

About the program

My program is built on over 20 years of hands-on public sector experience and formal training in government job search strategies and mentoring.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped people land government jobs in the Toronto, GTA and Ottawa Region. I know how public sector hiring works from the inside out.

But this isn’t just about finding a job with good pay, stability, and benefits.

My goal is to help you build a stable, long-term career in the public sector and make a meaningful contribution to our communities.

You’ll get personalized, one-on-one coaching backed by deep knowledge of government hiring practices, job search, resume tailoring strategy, interview preparation and career advancement from the within.

Why choose the program

Public Sector Specialization

My expertise is focused exclusively on public services employment.

With firsthand experience working in government and formal training in public sector hiring practices, I understand exactly how the application process works, what hiring managers are looking for, and how to position you to stand out and secure a job offer.

Office Jobs Specialization

Government office jobs are the most effective pathway into the public sector — and my core area of expertise.

Office help jobs are often considered entry-level and frequently posted, leading to faster job offers — making them an ideal starting point for candidates looking to break into government work.

Many of these roles offer starting salaries of $30–35/hr and the same benefits, job security, and advancement opportunities as higher-level positions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the program costs money—but once you land the job, you’ll recover it quickly. And it happens for the most.

Plus, the knowledge you gain will serve you for a lifetime, helping you continuously advance your career from within.

It should be mentioned that I offer a free intro session where I provide a brief overview of the job search. For experiencedpeople, it will be sufficient.

I spend time to help people to navigate the public sector employment job search. It is not complicated, nor it is obscure in any way hidden. All information is open to the public. It is just that many details do require attention, and without experience, application process can become overwhelming.

After completing the first three modules and consistently applying, you can expect your first interview invite within weeks.

Securing the job offer, however, depends on preparation and your personality and attitude. It must be clear that to be suitable for public service employment, besides the required skills, certain interpersonal skills are mandatory.

My program is built on over 20 years of hands-on public sector experience and formal training in government job search strategy and mentoring.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped people land government jobs in the GTA and Ottawa Region. I know how public sector hiring works from the inside out.

But this isn’t just about finding a job with good pay, stability, and benefits.

My goal is to help you build a stable, long-term career in the public sector and make a meaningful contribution to our communities.

To qualify for most public sector entry-level positions, including office help, a high school diploma and some experience are often all you need.

Of course, candidates must also possess the right soft/interpersonal skills to be able to provide effective service to the public and be valuable team members.

When you obtain a position within a government organisation, be it even entry-level job, you will become a union member.

It will allow to apply to internal positions. You will be able to target various divisions to suit your education, and eventually to build a career. And most private sector jobs simply do not offer such opportunities.

Absolute nonsense! Public Services of all levels practicing open, fair and transparent hiring practices. When it comes to hiring, the public sector adheres to the Public Employment Act, the Human Rights Act and many other Federal and Provincial governing regulations.

How did I get a job, how people I helped got government jobs? Listen to no rumors. I will show the facts about government hiring process – All is straightforward and transperant.
